Dr. Purcell and staff have kept me upright and active on some seriously played out knees. He's a no-nonsense, intelligent, experienced doc that offers successful alternatives to surgery (in addition to surgery). His staff and PA are helpful, flexible with scheduling and empathetic. They are definitely worth a visit if your knees are bone-on-bone, torn meniscus, cracked, whacked and / or jacked.
Words cannot express the gratitude and trust in Dr. Purcell. He is professional, compassionate and concerned about the health and care of his patients. I recently had a TKR and am surprised at this point my highest pain level is at a 3 after only 20 days, I know all cases vary but I am extremely relieved of the fear i had. For me he delivered what he said he would and that is to take very good care of the procedure and post surgery care. Thank you so much Dr. Purcell and CCO!
Dr. Derek Purcell has done a total knee replaced on both my knees and is wonderful. I have total and utmost confidence in his professionalism. He goes beyond the standard basic care and treats his patients with exceptional concern. I have been with him over 10 years and am very particular about my health care doctors and rate him exceptional.
