Recommend avoiding they are difficult to work with.
We've worked with Purcell and Associates for about 9 years and highly recommend them. The pricing, the level of service, how quickly they return calls/text/emails has always been very prompt. I can't imagine going with one of the "big rental companies" and getting this level of service. If you have a rental that you need a management company or looking for a rental to rent. I would certainly say you would be missing out by not giving them a chance. Thank you!
