They allow overnight parking which comes in handy, especially in southern Florida. I arrived a day before my appointment and the place was really empty and quiet their space #140 is at the end of the row of warehouses. Got lucky i got there when l did because in the morning there were around 5 more trucks waiting to check in there isn't much room to back into your dock got fortunate that the manager let me stay in my dock 3 hours before my appointment

Arrived at 8:30a appointment is for 9am, docked into a door by 8:45a.. got unloaded with paperwork in hand by 9:45a
