I've been with Orlando for just over a year now and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. His friendly and welcoming personality really allowed me to open up to him about my anxiety and depression. Every session with him feels like a conversation that helps me learn more about myself and my struggles. At the end of the day Orlando is a wonderful therapist who gives great advice and managing techniques for my anxiety and depression.
My son saw Orlando for a brief period. All I heard them talking about was life and video games. I minimally heard any counseling or advice on how to control his anger or impulsivity. Orlando said he couldn’t manage his ADHD because that was a medication issue, but as an informed parent and from his pediatrician, therapy can work on behavior management strategies.
