I wanted to wait until the 2nd procedure was done to do this. Honestly, during our first meeting i could not wait to send this review. I see double when lying down if anything is in my peripheral view. I got one follow up. Parik had a bad look on his face and left abruptly. When I called back the main office lied and told me they no longer accept BCBS aka Anthem. But I called later to make an appointment under my husband's name eith same insurance and they would have seen him. (I had a feeling they knew they messed up and didnt want to tell me or see me anymore. AVOID. BTW this is my 2nd review. They must've removed my first one from a few years back. Extre... read more
