I did powder brows with Whittier 3 years ago. I tried several times to get in touch with her to see about touch ups. After 3 weeks she finally responded with ‘I am here tomorrow’ after I gave several date and time options. Finally made an appt to have them touched up for 4:15. At 4:25 she sent someone to tell me she would be another 10 min. At 4:45 she came up to me and said ‘Are you ready’. No apology, no hello sorry I am running behind. I see Ashley for sugaring and couldn’t recommend anyone better!! She’s also amazing at massages and I can’t wait to get my next service from her.
I have been here twice for both an acne facial and a hair cut and I absolutely adore these place! Super kind and friendly when you come in and tell you what’s happening as they’re working with you. 10/10 will come back :)
