Pura Vida is a great place to live! The staff is so nice and they are always having fun activities for holidays or just special surprises! My favorite thing about Pura Vida is the location. If you are a student it is basically as close to campus as you can get, but it is also just a short walk to old town! They’re quick with maintenance requests and the apartments are updated, clean and a really good size! I’ve had a great experience living at pura vida and would highly reccomend it!
Going on my 4th year as a resident here. First year property was under GreyStar management, which was not pleasant. The property got new management at the end of that year and its been increasingly amazing ever since. You can really tell that they actually care about the property and tenants. Wifi is now excellent, maintenance is extremely comprehensive and very fast to respond, pricing is very reasonable, constant non-invasive improvements have been made where and when needed, and management is ALWAYS very accessible. I’ve had a great experience living here for the past year! The amenities are well-maintained, and I love how convenient the location is to campus. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!
I’ve lived here for a few years, and it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient—close to campus and just a short distance from Old Town and bus stops, which makes it easy to get around. There’s a lot to like about the area, and having responsive staff has been a big plus. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Pura Vida for the last 8 months or so. It’s a quiet community with nice amenities and really helpful office staff. I highly recommend a 3rd floor apartment as we have high ceilings and no upstairs neighbors. My roommates and I have loved our experience so far.
