This company is an absolute scam. I had an incident being sent a damaged used demi-fine piece of jewelry where the customer service agent that got my ticket lied to me and blamed me. I hope that I get my order placed 11/27, for Christmas. But, I will never order anything again. Buyer beware of this company. I asked for a refund, since nothing has moved since I ordered. THEY DON’T refund if you request, even when they’ve taken your money. I’m going to have to call the bank to see if I can get my money back on an order that hasn’t shipped and was given a delivery date for days ago.
Last Christmas my husband gave me 3 packs of bracelets that he ordered online. I loved them. Over the past 10 months I have ordered a few things for myself and a few giftsfor others as well.
