Very disappointing experience . We wanted to eat at Pura Vida, but no one even asked us whether we wanted to dine in or take the food to go. They immediately gave us everything to take out. The place was closing very early, around 4:00 PM, which was already surprising. The service was not good at all, and unfortunately, the food did not seem fresh. Pura Vida Miami was such a great spot for breakfast and coffee! The vibe is really nice, relaxing, and super welcoming. The food was super fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with lots of healthy options to pick from. Everything we tried felt really high quality. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Server, Jenni was wonderful and made each visit pleasant.
