Very disappointing experience. On a Sunday, with the restaurant nearly empty, it took over 35 minutes to make a single smoothie. During that time, several employees appeared to be chatting, laughing, and standing around rather than focusing on customer orders. I understand that delays can happen when a place is busy, but there was no obvious reason for such a long wait. The lack of urgency and attention to customers was frustrating.
