I was with a friend visiting from Boston and the cashier was rude to her
I walked in and asked for my order by name. They said it was coming up soon so I waited there for 20 minutes only to find out it was already ready on another counter that they didn't tell me existed. The food in this restaurant is really good but they're so busy they don't even know what they're doing.
