I have been going to the salon/spa for many years. I am a loyal customer and I tip well. I had an appointment this morning for an enzyme facial. I had to call and cancel about 45 minutes prior due to a medical emergency.I was then told I would have to pay for half of the services or I would not be allowed to return. I have been going to the salon monthly for eyelash tinting for many years now. and I have bought countless very pricey products. This really saddens me. I was there last weekend for a morning spa treatment with my mother-in-law before her surprise birthday party and we had an amazing time! The massage by Regina was super relaxing, and my mother-in-law really enjoyed her facial and makeup application with Megan. And a huge thank you to Taylor for squeezing us both in for a blow out. My mother-in-law looked beautiful for her party and had such a wonderful day ❤️
Just finished a style, cut and color. The results were amazing and I am truly thankful for Ashley's advice. She took my need for a huge change and found the right balance. I am someone who dislikes changing stylist once I have found someone but Ashley was outstanding!
They did an awesome job making you feel welcome into the building and they are very professional and very personable. They will do what what you asked for. I would go back there again
I’ve been seeing Lana for 12 years and not only is she one of the most awesome people I’ve ever met but she never fails to make my hair look amazing! She always blends my highlights in perfectly, which isn’t easy as I have fine hair. She always finds time to fit me in, regardless of her extremely busy schedule. They also have the best Aveda products! Already looking forward to my next visit �
