Therapist doesn't attempt to help process trauma. She just nods her head while multitasking on her computer during telahealth sessions and pretending to listen. I've had multiple sessions where I'm the only one talking while receiving limited to no feedback or advice.

I set up an appointment with Stephanie Davies. When I arrived on time, she ran over about 15 minutes. When we started our conversation, she had me sit on a broken couch. We started getting into the conversation about 5 minutes in and then she took a phone call. She was on her phone dealing with another patient. I called her out on this and said how unprofessional this was. She was mortified and said oops I'm so sorry that should never have happened and she said please give her another chance. I scheduled a first appointment for counseling. They said it was in person. An email was sent that said it was telehealth. I reconfirm with them that it was in person and not telehealth. I showed up at my appointment time to a locked door. No one answers the phone. I send an email and they respond saying they will call the therapist. Someone then opens the door and said the therapist is not in today and my appointment is cancelled. No one told me my appointment was cancelled. I can’t say enough about Laura Graves. She has brought me so far with helping me understand my thoughts my trauma and my feelings. She’s a great counselor. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much.
