I scheduled a first appointment for counseling. They said it was in person. An email was sent that said it was telehealth. I reconfirm with them that it was in person and not telehealth. I showed up at my appointment time to a locked door. No one answers the phone. I send an email and they respond saying they will call the therapist. Someone then opens the door and said the therapist is not in today and my appointment is cancelled. No one told me my appointment was cancelled. I can’t say enough about Laura Graves. She has brought me so far with helping me understand my thoughts my trauma and my feelings. She’s a great counselor. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much.
