Do yourself a favor and visit Katie at Pura Salon for your next cut or color. She is knowledgeable, she's experienced and she listens. You'll step away from her chair with confidence and a fantastic new style. On a personal note, I don't claim to know enough about hair but she takes the time to work with me and explain the process. I spent $200 across 2 appointments to get highlights that aren't close to what I asked for. Placement was off from the inspiration pictures, color was 2 shades off and expectations were just not communicated. I had mentioned that my hair is rough, coarse and could handle multiple rounds of bleaching in 1 day prior to the coloring and the stylist still only used a 20 volume developer across both appointments (I found out after the appointment).
