I had a telemedicine appointment scheduled with Ms. Damico today. An office worker called prior to the appointment to collect the co-pay. No problem, except that she charged me double my co-pay. After I hung up with her, I realized what happened and called her back. She acknowledged my co-pay amount but said that due to the office being a primary practice, they also charge against patient deductibles. I scheduled this appointment after reading all the wonderful reviews. These days it’s difficult to find a doctor where we feel heard and seen, unfortunately I didn’t get that same experience, I never got to see the doctor. After traveling over an hour through traffic I walked into the office at 3:33pm, my appointment time being 3:30pm.
