My first time at Pura Dental, and I must say it was such a great experience. The service was amazing, the front desk receptionist Iris was so sweet and welcoming. Then the dental assistance she was also very sweet. Then Abraham the dentist was very sweet, kind and made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. Then it gets better I went on Thursday so that I can get authorization from my insurance for a procedure and next day Friday, I got called from my insurance that it was approved. The receptionist is Extremely helpful very welcoming and the staff is very good the dentist doctor was very gentle and caring very professional
The woman here are all nice, the office is very clean even the bathroom! Got a cavity filled the same day, and root canal today which in my opinion went very well. I didn't feel anything and my bite feels the same as before. Next after my Crown is braces, and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Pura Dental for getting me ready. 😁😁😁😁😁
