Kody was an amazing technician and we definitely had amazing customer service.
charging for a trip fee for work that was previously paid for and never informed me with a date and time for the trip is not right. i will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The reason for that trip fee was because we emailed you letting you know about the appt. and no one was there. We tried calling several times also. I will void the charge since you feel it was not an authorized charge. Hope you have a great day.
We purchased our solar package from Travis - the panels and inverters were, he said, waranteed for 25 years. Recently we found out that the company that sells the inverters was purchased, and the new company is no longer honoring the warranty. PurSolar discontinued monitoring these inverters, and told us that we needed to convert to a new inverter system in order to continue the monitoring that was part of our origninal contract. We always try to provide our customers with the best products and service and feel we achieve this with our over 2800 customers and being around for 46 years in our small community.
