Always very happy with hair results. Staff is amazing
I went there last year and scheduled an appointment with a stylist. I also went there months prior and both times that I went they were always late on starting the hair appointment and were doing someone else's hair. It happened both times that I went there. You have to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour wait from the time that the appointment is scheduled. I also read in other comments that the same thing happened to them.
