yeah I delt with Caleb also he will never call you even when you purchase something there, bought a UNDER COVER truck cover and two days after having it installed it came loose on my brand new 2021 Truck,, got the paint on my new truck,, long story short, The owner Kevin is smoking something,, he couldnt come up with a reason why the truck cover came loose, it was either installed wrong or c clamps were loose Or the C Clamps are Chinese crap and dont hold properly.. This place sucks I dealt with a gentleman named Caleb who was in utter asshole he told me he would call me back about parts for over a week schedule an appointment for my TJ Jeep to be worked on and then has no idea you hear about this place on the radio that doesn't mean it's good please try another place
Brought them my almost brand new truck to have them install an aftermarket part. Got the truck back and noticed it was leaking, looked under the truck and found that the tech had broken a bolt off and used RTV (gasket maker) to plug up that hole and on the bottom of the diff to try and stop the leak. I had them fix it but the whole time it was excuses as to why it was done this way. If it was not for Shelby, I would be a whole lot more upset.
