The owner is rude and doesn't deserve to be in business or around animals at all. Including their employees. Take your business somewhere else.
Excellent groomers!!! Have been going for 9 years!! They are very caring �. Our dogs always look and feel great after they get bathed and get haircuts!!
Best Dog Grooming in Abq. My bulldog get the star treatment. He is always clean and dry. His wrinkles and skin folds don't stink like when I took him to PetSmart. Very nice and careful with my delicate boy.
Took our 3 puppies to see them to be groomed. All were in great health. When we picked them up, one puppy could not walk on her rear foot at all. Took her to the vet and discovered they had broken a small bone in her foot. Of course they deny it, but how could a dog go in fine and leave with a broken bone? Very nasty people. Don’t trust them not to hurt your dog when there.
Scheduled for a noon appointment on a Saturday for our small, 7 month old puppy. Was told it could be 3 to 5 hours. Went to the business at 7pm to find out that AFTER 7 HOURS, the only thing that had been done was a bath! No nail trim, and a haircut would have taken another hour. To top it all off, he had dog feces on his paws!!! We elected to take our puppy because it had been 7 hours, he had not eaten, and we could hear him crying in the back. $23.00 bath to go with a Horrible experience, will never step foot again in this... read more
