My husband made an appointment for our male Labradoodle to be groomed. They said we could get him in the next morning at 10AM. I loaded up my three babies, 30lb Labradooodle, drove 25mins to the groomer and they weren’t open. I waited. Knocked. Every internet search and Facebook page said they opened at 8AM but the OPEN sign was off, lights were off, and no one ever came to let us in.
By letting pet owners know their baby will be locked up for all day with no way to get to them when the owner goes out of town

It’s been a week now,Annabelle’s ear is getting better.But her mouth is still messed up.I have to smash all her food just for her to do her favorite thing EAT.I don’t know what went on there and what happen to this little yorkie.But I am very disappointed with you.
