I have been taking my dog to Ray for about a year now. After struggling to find a consistent Dog Groomer that I like, Ray has been amazing. Harley is always ready on time and always happy when I pick him up. He is a 70 pound labradoodle and ray is an expert when it comes to cutting his hair and making him look his besr

I had a difficult time scheduling an appointment with Raymond. He does not give specific times for drop off or grooming and would not state how long it would take to groom my dog. The shop is crammed with dogs kept in small crates for hours until he can work on them. He shooed me out of the store before I was able to ask any questions. We love the work Raymond does and the way he treats our little buddy. He always greets us kindly and takes awesome personalized care of our dog. If something isn't right, which is very rare, he is quick to fix it. I was disappointed with some of the reviews. Unfortunately some people are hard to please and very disrespectful.

We’ve been taking our Yorkiepoo to Pups and Tubs for the past year. Raymond is amazing with him and have noticed how patient and attentive he is with the smaller dogs. We recommend him to anyone looking for a groomer.

We took our pup for her first visit at Pups and Tubs last month and it was 100% a fantastic experience. Raymond was super responsive and communicative, and did an amazing job eliminating her Mats. Most importantly, our Golden Retriever was very happy A+
