My experience was fine, overall. I purchased a Yorkie-Poo from this breeder in 2002. She was quite healthy and still is. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the storefront is not in the best area of town, and frankly it looks a little skanky inside.

Our wonderfull Puppy - Thank you Puppy Pal I bought my puppy, a cocker, from Puppy Pal in 1999. Shelly, has been the most wonderful puppy in our family. She is so cute, and very normal down to earth puppy. She has no medical problems and has just been a wonderful, smart, puppy.

PUPPY PAL IS HORRIBLE! Most disgusting place I have ever been in. Bought a yorkipoo from this shop and 1 week later he started having seziures. I took him to the emergency and they said he had distemper! Do not buy from here. Report to BBB if you have had a sick puppy from this place. We keep going back I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I've been to Puppy Pal four times and have purchased 5 different dogs from them on seperate occassions. Two were for myself, one for my mother, and two for two different families. We've had our dogs for 4 years now as has my mom and I've never had better dogs. Our little boy was timid at first but came around and is such a good dog we want to clone him. PLS NEVER BUY A PUPPY FROM THERE! FILTHY PLACE! i purchased my doggy there in Feb 07. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! And will learn to research! My husband and i have been trying to have a baby and have been unsuccesful:( so I decided I needed a puppy to love! We got to this place! OH MY HELL Its funny the 2 reviews that show are the ones that say nice things about this place, makes u wonder if the owners wrote them. I went into that hole with my daughter on June 15th. I locked my doors driving because it was such a bad area. Then looked around before getting out of car, i was looking for 10 acres!!! The whole store was smaller than my living room. The dogs were dirty and there was poopies all over. The owner was watching Shrek in the back and smoking her cancer sticks, it made me sick, two of the dogs... read more

Horrible Conditions The place smelt filthy. Beyond my better judgement I purchased my puppy from her. My puppy is wonderful so far, except had to be treated for coccidiosis. When I called to inform her she seemed to careless. I would never purchase another puppy from her. Rude, short and very uncaring.

This place broke my heart! Once I finally got someone to answer the phone, Kim, I made an appointment to meet her at their "showroom" on Indian School. What I found when I got there was a little space in a crummy strip mall and filled with cages full of puppies. If you look at their Web site they make themselves sound like they have an idyllic setting with pampered puppies. Kim never showed up for our meeting so I drove over 100 miles round trip just to see these poor babies all alone in their cages. She never responded to m... read more
