We are very disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, when a dog is very matted we cannot always brush out mats in sensitive areas, as it is very painful to your pet. While our groomer made every effort to explain the situation and process prior to grooming. We regret you were not satisfied. We will use this as a teaching opportunity to improve communication with customers in the future. Puppy Luv

We love puppy luv!! Samantha does a fantastic job with our pup, Oliver who is a mini golden doodle. We have had other groomers make him look boxy and awkward, but Samantha makes his hair look perfect even right after a groom! We highly recommend puppy luv and Samantha for any dog's perfect cut.
