This happened on November 2 2025. Me and my 3 friends walked in to puppy city respectfully and calm “as you would walking into a store” we weren’t planing on buying any animal but we felt bad for them and thought they deserved love. But as soon as we walked it reeked an awful odor like poo and urine.
