I made an appointment for my dog two weeks ago using their app. I was required to make a deposit which I did. Bank showed money was taken out. For two weeks Pup N Cuts didn't confirmed the appointment. I called today and the person I spoke to told me there is no appointment. I don't understand how they take the customer's deposit without making the appointment. The rep told me to make the appointment online again. I originally rated this company a full 5 stars. The staff seemed so nice and welcoming and my dogs looked great after their appointments. Unfortunately, one of my dogs has been EXTREMELY ill since we went there (5 days ago). I have called twice, asking to just know if they fed her anything or if anything happened. Both women I spoke to took down my informayion, saying they would contact the groomer and the owner, and I haven't heard a single thing back.
