Location was ok. Rooms are tired and scruffy. Came back to my room at 9:30 and my room card wouldn’t work. Rang the help number snd had to wait 30 mins for security to turn up. Never staying here again.

I stayed here back in February when I was visiting from Cairns and found this hotel quite late at night. I absolutely loved my stay here, and even booked extra nights to stay longer. I would happily stay here again next time I’m in Brisbane. Shout out to the receptionist who was lovely.

Check in was simple. I arrived after reception hours but received a text message with a code to a keybox outside which worked perfectly. No issues accessing the room. The room itself was a little dated but had all the standard facilities, and most importantly was clean and tidy. The only issues I had was the lighting itself in the room is dim (especially in the kitchen area). I had to use my phone torch to make a drink in the evening. It might just be my eyes though! Lost my booking with these guys as they hide a dog fee - stayed one night and they wanted an extra 250$ for my dog to stay!!! They are scammers. Avoid.
