Love staying at the Punthill South Yarra. The locations is fabulous, apartments well appointed and spacious AND the staff always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate any requests we have. Highly recommend staying here.
Pillows are terrible, mattress is terrible. Cooker doesn’t work. Ruined my stay in the city. After two nights my neck and back was in unbearable pain and stopped me from doing almost everything. Worst the whiplash. As someone in mid 20s this is not to do with age it is down to the quality of bedding provided.
If i could put a worst review i would. absolute terrible people. Rude and unhelpful. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else
