Very disappointed with the way this hotel handled the security deposit. I was advised that the deposit would be refunded after check-out (11 June) , and there were no damages or outstanding charges on my account. Despite this, it took nearly a month for the deposit to be released back to me, when I called on (01/07) Only when I actually called the hotel did they release the deposit, no apologies whatsoever. If I could put no stars I would! We have just heard from one of our clients who couldn't get a cancellation because he booked through booking.com he has stage 4 cancer and wanted to cancel his hotel room 3 months in advance. He called booking.com who said they would call on his behalf to get it cancelled and the owner still rejected it.Greedy and incredibly rude people own this stay clear only want your money! Fantastic stay! The apartment was cosy, clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony, gym access, secure parking and plenty of dining options right on the doorstep. The location in South Yarra is excellent. What really stood out was the customer service. I was arriving after reception had closed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly organising my late check-in details.
