We had a terrible experience at Punt Hill Knox. To start with something positive, the staff at reception were friendly and the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed. Everything else about the stay was shocking. We were locked out of our room multiple times and the parking area because the key cards didn’t work consistently. Once, it was nearly 3 hours at night time with our 1 year old. I had medicine inside the room that I needed to access at a specific time. Rooms were clean and comfortable, just a little small for my liking although I'll stay there again and the service was great and I like the location. Definitely recommend

I rarely make a Google review, but want to make an exception this time. I booked this to stay close to friends and relatives during Feb 2026. Then I saw a lot of bad reviews here. Not gonna lying I hesitated a bit, but didn’t cancel due to the location. I stayed in adjoining two-bedroom room. It’s much better and spacious than I thought. It’s not new, but functional.
