The car park fob key was not working on arrival. Although my parking was pre-booked and paid for by the company, I was advised by after-hours customer service to park in the ISN bay. As a result, I was unable to park in the designated pre-booked car park. I am unclear how the hotel allocates and records pre-booked parking in this situation. Rooms smells bad. Have brought the attention to the receptionist and said she did not smell it. Bed sheets had tiny hairs. Looks like it was not changed/replaced when I checked in. This i... read more

Well between Wotif and this company I am extremely disappointed I had a booking for Christmas and tried to change the dates I explained as our Daughter and family had been in Melbourne for 9 week as there baby was born 9 weeks premature. They have been between the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Mercy Hospital. After many long weeks we had no idea the hospital was going to send them back to our local hospital in the special care nursery. We had no idea that they were being moved back closer to home. We booked in for one night. There isn’t any parking. It’s only street parking which was an issue at check in - but not later in the evening. Still though - it’s not convenient. The room itself was fine. Clean and well-equipped kitchen & bathroom, but the bed sagged in the middle. It was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were the long, high ones not standard which are usually provided. If it wasn’t for the lack of parking & the bed I would have definitely given this a higher rating. It’s definitely not at 5 star rated ... read more
