Not good wifi at all, my children and myself were quite dissatisfied as we were trying to watch a movie together. As a gym person the gym was average and the hotel itself is not a good location
The room was disgustingly filthy (pet hair on the floor, skirting boards and couches, microwave that had not been cleaned in months) and the access door to the balcony in the double room in 103 did not close. I had to pile up chairs in front of the door to blockade it. The service at this hotel is a joke the amenities are broken or rusting away maintenance doesn’t seem to get done price for the accommodation to stay here shouldn’t be as high as it is
Clean, comfy – would stay again! After escaping from our previous accommodation experience not too far from here and what I can only describe as a haunted mop bucket masquerading as accommodation, this apartment felt like arriving at a spa in heaven. Spotless. Convenient-Steps away from the Austin Hospital . And serviced like a VIP – without the attitude. The beds were comfy. Room was spacious and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was there weren't any restaurants or bars within walking distance.
