The service at this hotel is a joke the amenities are broken or rusting away maintenance doesn’t seem to get done price for the accommodation to stay here shouldn’t be as high as it is
Clean, comfy – would stay again! After escaping from our previous accommodation experience not too far from here and what I can only describe as a haunted mop bucket masquerading as accommodation, this apartment felt like arriving at a spa in heaven. Spotless. Convenient-Steps away from the Austin Hospital . And serviced like a VIP – without the attitude. The beds were comfy. Room was spacious and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was there weren't any restaurants or bars within walking distance.
