We were locked out of our apartment on the last night and had to wait for over an hr and half for someone to let us in...the toilet in reception was locked...tried to call and message the numbers given several times and all unavailable..only that a guest came in who had a number that had called her previously and rang it back for us we would have been there till reception opened the following morning....had to use the Pokies toilet round by the station...it was quite distressing...advised reception the following morning...he... read more
Amazing vibes, rooms and service!
I'm really disappointed. I booked for 7 days for my brother and I to be at. Only one is staying at I cannot stay due carpets absolutely filthy. The strong smell of cleaning fluid throughout the building is unhealthy for asthma sufferers. I stayed one night only to find asthma was playing up. And the window could not open from inside. So poorly ventilated. Netflix and as stated cable TV was not available. As the TV was not even a smart TV.
