Very reasonable pricing and breath-taking location. Friendly staff and make Urself home kinda environment
We made booking on same day. Arrived at midnight. Doors locked. Reception closed. No email advising a lockbox with code even after it said in 24hrs after booking. Had to call their call centre. Not so friendly considering time and cold. Did end up guiding me however without issue. Nice rooms. Nice location. Excellent work space in foyer. However, Parking is $12 a day. Beautiful fragrance. I went to reception twice to report that a dog in the room next to mine had been barking for 4 hours, which meant I wasn’t able to get any sleep during my stay. Despite this, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The customer service was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
