I had a wonderful experience at Punjab optical. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right frames, and made sure my prescription was accurate and comfortable. Staff is very rude and provided false information. Mr harcharan should look into this as there staff is not taking any responsibility as well after providing false information to the customer
