Terrible customer service and sadly this will make me not even go to this doctor. It's not the Doctors fault but who they hire to manage their office is their responsibility. I called for the 1st time to schedule an appt. I believe the associates' name was Yvette and she put me on hold for 3 minutes (which was fine) but then accidentally disconnected my hold call. Dr. Patel did a great job helping my mom with her back pain. He is smart as can be, and very kind. We both found him to be polite and accommodating. He even came back from Dominican to help us when we were a bit late for our appointment. Above and beyond!
It's a great office. The staff is friendly and helpful and compassionate. Dr. Patel is cheerful and informative and has one of the best bedside manners and expresses genuine concern and explained things about my condition and my options to me expertly. Even when I arrive in a bad mood because of my pain, I leave in a better mood because I know I was heard and all the staff WANTS to help you. Dr Patel went above and beyond for my uncle’s treatment. He is very kind, offers his time without rushing and really is a genuine doctor. He’s a gem of a physiatrist. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
