Horrible place to work with. Sunny punia is incredibly shady. He thinks laws don't apply to him. And when you call him on him doing shady things he will try to fight you. I've spoken to tenants of sunny punia and he's a horrible landlord as well. He shuts off people's utilities threatens them, doesn't fix anything. This guy shouldn't be allowed to have tenants. If I could give 0 stars I would.
