One of the most frustrating and disappointing business experiences I have ever had. The company does the bare minimum in performing property management responsibilities, and they are full of excuses at all times. We leased office space in one of their properties in Jersey City, and the heat, air cond and elevator was constantly breaking down. Shame on Jeffrey Punia and his company, Punia and Marx. He bans renters from using the gym at the Coliseum Park Apartments. Totally illegal and discriminatory. Can’t wait for him to be sued in a class action lawsuit and exposed on all media!
