I had second earlobe piercings done at Punctured today and it was a great experience! Elizabeth was awesome about explaining everything and guiding my breathing during the piercing itself, and her colleague at the front desk helped me pick some great earrings. I would definitely recommend Punctured! 🙂

This place is amazing. Good selection of jewelry, immaculate and sterile studio, and very accommodating. Elizabeth is amazing, a mega professional, she explained everything and put me completely at ease. In fact, I was grinning ear to ear the whole time because she made the process fun and showed lots of concern and care for my happiness with the whole thing. AAA+ 100% recommend!

My friend (her second time here) and I(my first time) came to get our cartilages pierced and it was the best experience possible. The staff is friendly and professional create a safe, fun, and comfortable environment. They were helpful and explained everything they were doing and why throughout the entire process. Will 100% return and would highly recommend.
I am pretty scared of needles and had been putting of getting my ears re-pierced for a long time. (Years) Matt was kind, honest and skilled. I recommend his work to anyone who is unsure about getting something pierced.
