Rude owner unable to cancel membership after having surgery. You have to write a letter 30 days in advance if you want to cancel. I was literally questioned why I wanted to quit like I was being judged! Absolutely steer clear there are many better options than this place
Great, full body workout in 30 minutes. No class times, so I can go when it’s convenient for me! The trainers are great at demonstrating the workouts and offering support/advice if needed. Highly recommend!!
I love punchkix fitness! I have been going since Nov 2021 and continue to see weightloss and muscle toning. Each day has a different workout, so you don't get bored. We have a monitoring belt that measures heartrate and exertion. It connects to a monitor in the room and you can tell if you are pushing too hard or if you need to step up the pace. Highly recommend.
