Major thanks to Stuart, Gina, Rocky, and the rest of the team at Punchbowl Fender Works! Unfortunately, my 2025 Toyota Camry LE sustained front bumper damage recently. While Punchbowl Fender Works did a great job getting my car back into tip-top shape, there was a minor hiccup after pickup: the bumper wasn't fully attached and was slightly misaligned, and I ended up with a flat tire caused by a loose screw. Very unprofessional. I made an appointment even, had them inspect my car in person, I was sent to them by Gieco right next to them. They said they can repair. They even scheduled an appointment. Out of the blue they declining to repair my car. Was supper confusing because they could not give a straight answer why. They said it because i had to tow my car in. Then I said I can drive in. I had a problem with some broken femder clips on my 2014 Subaru and stopped in to find out what a repair would cost and how long it might take. Stewart asked where the car was and followed me to the parking lot. I had purchased the replacement clips but was wary of installing them. He looked under the fenders and went back into the office and returned with a tool and some zip ties and secured both fenders. He gave me an estimate for the dented fender and secured both fenders at no charge. Only in Hawaii?
