Franklin has been a pleasure to deal with! He’s awesome!
We needed to do several repairs on our house and called at least 7 contractors. Only Punch List Pros got back with us and scheduled the work soon after our consultation. Tim Jones did a fantastic job completing all the work in one day. He called to let us know that he was caught in traffic and came shortly after. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and Tim Jones in particular.

Jim & David replaced the screen on 27 windows. They were knowledgeable and efficient did an excellant job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to replace window screens.
