Been coming here weekly for over a year. Love the workouts and the community within the gym.
I typically never post reviews but PunchKing is well deserved. I have seen the most positive change in my body in 20 years. After 2 kids, I have finally found something that works! The energy is positive, the classes are challenging but doable. I went in completely intimidated and anxious thinking I wouldn’t be able to keep up. And 3 months later, I make it my weekly routine to show up! The owner, King, is awesome. He pushes me even when I don’t think I can do it. I highly recommend Punchking!
I do personal training with King, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better trainer. He’s an amazing professional, patient, motivating, and always encouraging me to believe in myself, even when I don’t. He makes every workout feel easier and reminds me that I’m capable of more than I think. 10/10! Thank you for all the great classes and support. I’m always excited for my next session haha

Boxing personal training with Coach King has been a great experience! Boxing is not an easy sport to pick up later in life but Coach King has given me a deeper appreciation for always pushing myself to learn a new skill and committing to seeing the results. Highly recommend to do PTs or join in on the fun of the group HIIT classes.
