A great new gym. All the equipment is brand new with a brand new boxing ring. Awesome place to work out with a really cool staff!
Went to this gym today and signed up my membership. It is an AWESOME place!!! It is nice and clean. All the equipments are new. Their staff is really professional and sweet. Punch It Up Fitness makes exercises so much better. Highly recommend this place for those who loves working out. Thumbs up!!
I have found the perfect workout spot for me and my son. Great range of group classes for me, plus workout machines for my teenager. The owner is very personable and all the staff are professional and friendly. No gimmicks here, just a positive environment for a great workout. � Punch It Up Fitness!
Started personal training in October and I love the results I'm seeing. Great facility to workout in. Clean and well equipped gym. Staff is beyond fenomenal and always eager to help and guide you. No gym-tiditation, everyone is helpful and approachable. Love that I have an array of classes I can take for free with my membership. I highly recommend it.

Just started on 10/17 and let me tell you the staff very friendly, willing to help and explain on how to work the machine. Love this gym...will tell everyone that's looking for that gem of a gym to look no further.
