Every day around noon all our neighbors open the curtains to see this foul grotesque being directly in our line of sight inside this old inconsiderate man’s showing his crotch region at us never wears long pants just doesn’t have any respect we got kids In here too so he’s disrespectful not me for posting this is for awareness. Whenever the maryknoll students walk by, this guy has his leg up spread eagle and eyeballing everyone passing by. Mr niele lives on the 4th floor middle balcony and you can see him opening his legs to you in the hours of 9am-4pm (school time)
