Dont go here! On February 18, 2025, I took my car to Punahou Auto to have the fuel injectors conditioned. After inspecting the car, Punahou Auto contacted me and stated that my sixth cylinder was failing and would need to be completely replaced, not just conditioned. The following day, I picked up my car and noticed the check engine light was still on. Using my OBD2 reader, I found code P0171, indicating an airflow issue in the engine. They were super nice and the appointment time was done “ on time”
Words can not describe how well Punahou auto service took care of me. From start to finish. I needed help and they took me in last minute, addressed the concern right then and there at the same time informing me what was going on step by step. The staff was so nice and kind to teach me while figuring out the issue. Let’s just say if I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend coming here.
Went in for a simple tune up and they used fear to trick my wife into a big front axel job. Charged us an exuberant amount but did a bad job. Car was pulling right like they never took it for a test drive. We took it back and they said they fixed it and gave us a piece of paper to prove it. But still was pulling, come to find out, the tires were so bald the metal was showing. Guess they don't care about customer safety or don't have the eye to see bald tires.
