Was staying on our Boat in Cape Harbor Marina when my Air conditioning raw water pump kept tripping the breaker. I pulled the motor pump assembly to see if I had a loose wire. Could not resolve so I called this shop and the guy who answered the phone told me if I got the motor to him he could bench test it. They found the electric motor was shot and ordered a new one immediately at a very reasonable cost and as soon as they received it from new Jersey they had it back to me same day. Very knowledgeable and helpful. These guys are very thorough in explaining the problem and resolution. They also give you options and their best recommendation. Fees are very reasonable. They do what they can to save you money, while fixing the pump issue! I was completely satisfied with my recent pool pump repair. Honestly, they saved me from having to buy a new pool pump! great people to work with. friendly, knowledge, they know what they're doing. compared to others that I spoke with, they weren't out to charge an arm and a leg for the parts. if you have problems with your pump motor on your pool, I highly recommend this company. Those who make Pumps Plus run need to get together and write a book on customer service. Pumps Plus is, by far, the only game in town for all pump and motor needs. Extremely friendly, well priced, honest and they are always in a cheerful mood.
