Initial visit July 2023 was for a routine check-up. Whilst there the lady inspecting offered a scale & polish. I declined on this occasion as this was unplanned for, but was assured that it could be performed at my next inspection 6 months later. Jan 24, I was contacted to inform that my appointment was delayed a further 2 months. Attended Mar 2024 and met by a different dental staff member. Inspection took 2 mins max. Me and my father wanted to join this dentist as we was told they taking on NHS. After filling in the forms, the reception lady told us to leave our personal information on the desk in front of other customers. Which raise red flags for me. My father wanted for his check up to be rearranged, so I rang up on his behalf, I told them that he can't walk up the staircase as he is on two walking sticks and can't walk much with a faults knee. I have been for a check up three times with Dr Ghale, on each occasion waited 40 minutes. This time when I went Dr Ghale asked if I had had any issues, I mentioned that my teeth at the back had been a bit sore, without X-ray or really checking my teeth he advised that I needed to have one of my molars at the back removed telling me I had a deep cavity, the tooth in question had already previously been filled a long time ago.
