Needed a new chain for my chainsaw not there normal brand, young’un recognised the sizing and pitch, same as store model, in and out in five minutes. Well done..
I went into Pump and Mower Supplies Beenleigh today genuinely interested in upgrading my ride-on mower. I had previously purchased a Gravely and was hoping to buy another, potentially investing $20,000–$40,000. Unfortunately, the two employees on duty were incredibly rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in assisting me. I walked out completely shocked by the poor level of customer service. Safe to say, I won’t be back and they’ve just lost a serious sale. Very disappointing.
Really good & knowledgeable service here. Pricing was fair, as I paid pretty much what I thought I would, & the parts I bought are good quality, not cheap rubbish. Highly recommend.
Great service, got some chainsaw chains sharpened and got a new one made up in around 10 minutes. New chain and sharpened ones work perfectly. Pricing was fair and will be returning in the future.
Not the Monday I was expecting!! I was returning some mower blades to swap over from the wrong ones purchased over the weekend. The "old" guy with the glasses at the counter said they didn't have them in stock I can issue you with a refund. I mentioned I was the last one in there on Saturday could they have sold out already. He made a comment that we had the "young" bloke on over the weekend so who know what he was looking at, as if yo say he didn't know what he was looking for.
