We were very pleased with Pump Masters. Jerry communicated well, was pleasant and punctual, did a good job of pumping out our septic tank, and taught us a lot about septic tanks.
These guys have always taken really good care of me and my parents properties. Affordable as well.
All around a great experience. The gentleman who answered the phone‘s name was Jerry possibly the owner and manager had excellent customer service skills. They got to us within a few hours and Marc the technician came out and did a great job with our septic system at a great price. We highly recommend this business!
I’ve used pump masters twice and never been disappointed. They even showed up early, wow! Thought this type of service was a thing of the past but they keep an old school quality work ethic.
