We had an amazing experience celebrating my son’s birthday here! Everything was so well organized from start to finish, and the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. All of the kids had an amazing time, and the adults enjoyed it just as much. The party was stress-free, fun, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making my son birthday so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Pump It Up Van Nuys was extremely disappointing. We attended my 2-year-old nephew's birthday party on June 13, expecting a fun and memorable celebration for our family. Everything was going well until a manager abruptly entered the party room and began rushing the party to an end. The most upsetting part was that the manager started singing "Happy Birthday" before my nephew's mother was even in the room.
