The worst experience ever the manager Is rude and she ruining my baby birthday party kept interrupting coming in the party arguing and it was just an unpleasant place to have a kids party I would not recommend coming to this place. They couldn’t give me the corporate number and they couldn’t give me nobody to reach to complain or tell them about the customer service and I paid over $700 for The worst experience in my life. Do not recommend bad service.
Just had our 5 year olds birthday party and it was wonderful! JC and Jenny we the absolute best and our family thanks them for making the event easy going and smooth! We have been to many birthdays there over the years and the only thing I will say that could use some improvement would be to have all the games in working order.
Great place to have a party. Honestly I think this was worth every penny. Not having to worry about being in a public indoor plground is amazing. Being able to know where your little one is and see them with no worries is a huge relief. The 2 hour time frame is perfect. The party doesn't feel rushed at all and by the time me made it to the party room the kids were hungry and tired. It was clean, easy, and worth it. We recently hosted a birthday party at this location and unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing experience. During the party, one of the main inflatables collapsed in the middle of the activity and fell on several kids. After that it could not be refilled or used again, which removed a big part of what we paid for in the party package.
