Great place to have a party. Honestly I think this was worth every penny. Not having to worry about being in a public indoor plground is amazing. Being able to know where your little one is and see them with no worries is a huge relief. The 2 hour time frame is perfect. We recently hosted a birthday party at this location and unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing experience. During the party, one of the main inflatables collapsed in the middle of the activity and fell on several kids. After that it could not be refilled or used again, which removed a big part of what we paid for in the party package. We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Pump It Up, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing — especially considering the price we paid and the expectations set by their team. The biggest issue was the service in the lunch room. We were told that the staff would help serve and organize the food and items we brought.
