We really enjoyed my daughter’s birthday at Pump It Up Van Nuys! Kids had so much fun and the helper was amazing!
We've been coming here for years both as guests and hosts. They take care of EVERYTHING! Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. They ask just the right questions and are involved without being overwhelming. When I called they answered all of my questions and offered suggestions. They take so much stress out of hosting events and we are always able to talk to other parents which is not common. I love how clean the facilities are and the attention to detail they provide. Great birthday party! They know what they’re doing. We got to rotate between bouncy rooms which kept the kids occupied, and the party room with the food wasn’t open until the kids were done jumping, so the kids got their energy out and then ate so nicely. JC was our party guy and he was attentive but not hovering. He did a great job decorating the room and served pizza and cake. I actually got to enjoy the party and socialize. Highly recommend!
