We recently hosted our daughter 6th birthday party at Pump It Up San Jose, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything was so well organized and seamless. The kids had an amazing time jumping, playing, and laughing nonstop, and all of her friends were thoroughly entertained. Such a horrible experience. Never coming here again and not recommending this place to any families My party was organised so poorly. 1. It started 10 minutes late 2. They had 0 balloons ready when we went to the food room 3. The photos were not on the screen (it was blank) we had to remind the staff 4. For my kids birthday they had 67th birthday on screen.
